Building an automated lead engine after a pivot
A health insurance company that had recently pivoted to a new target customer and needed demand for it. We are building the lead-generation engine end to end: sourcing and targeting, outbound, instant response to every inbound, follow-up that runs on its own, and reporting honest enough to show which dollars earn.
The engagement is still under way, so there are no results to claim yet.

An online presence and a storefront, from a standing start
A direct-to-consumer company building its online presence and ecommerce channel for the first time. Site and storefront, the brand as it shows up online, the tracking underneath it, and the demand system to feed it — plus the automation so a small team can run it without adding headcount.
How An Engagement Runs
Map, build order, build, hand over.
The map. Two weeks. We go through the business the way a customer does and find where the money and the hours actually leak. It ends in a written build order rather than a strategy document.
You decide what gets built. Each piece is quoted on its own and approved on its own. Nobody signs up for a programme they cannot stop.
We build it, inside your systems. Not a parallel stack you have to migrate to later. Your intake, your calendar, your invoicing, your inbox.
You own it at the end. Accounts, logins, and documentation are yours. There is no retainer holding the thing hostage.
The Point
The category changes. The machine does not.
One of those clients sells insurance and one sells a physical product, and neither of them moves furniture. It does not matter much. The components are the same: get found, answer instantly, follow up without a person remembering to, and measure what happened. What changes is the order you install them in and where the business is leaking today.
