Questions

The questions you would actually ask.

Written the way I would answer them on the phone, including the ones that are awkward for me.

Why should I pay $1,500 for a document?

Because the alternative is paying ten times that for the wrong build. Most businesses your size have one or two real constraints, and almost nobody guesses which ones correctly — including me, before I look. If you read it and it was not worth it, I refund it. I would rather return the money than argue about it.

I already have a marketing company. Does this replace them?

Usually not. They run channels. This is about what happens to a lead after it arrives and how much of the business runs without you. Plenty of owners keep their agency and fix the other 80 percent. If the map says your agency is the problem, it will say that plainly, and you can do what you want with it.

Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?

The models underneath are the same ones everybody has. That is not the hard part. The hard part is knowing which specific tasks in a service business can be handed to a machine without wrecking the customer experience, and wiring them into your actual intake, calendar, and invoicing. That knowledge came from doing it wrong in my own shop for a year.

What do you actually need from me?

About three hours over two weeks. A conversation, access to look at what you already have, and honest answers about what is broken. If you can only give me a polished version of your business, the map will be worth less and I will tell you so.

Do you work outside New Jersey?

Yes. The map is done remotely and the components are not geographic. Being local is useful for the trades work, not required.

Do you only work with trades?

No. Most of it started in the trades and that is still where we are strongest, but the same components run for insurance, ecommerce, and other service businesses. The category changes; the machine does not.

Are you going to sell my data or market to my customers?

No. Your customer list is yours, it stays in your systems, and I do not need a copy of it to do this work.

You own a moving company and you buy businesses. Why are you doing this at all?

Two reasons, and one of them is self-interested. The honest one: I built this system because I needed it, and building it once for one company is a waste. The self-interested one: doing this work for other owners makes me better at it, and Reunion buys service businesses — meeting good operators is not a bad side effect. You should know that going in.

Are you going to try to buy my business?

Not unless you raise it. The two sides are kept apart on purpose: if you hire us to fix your demand engine, that is the engagement. If you ever want the other conversation, it is on its own page and you start it, not me.

What if it does not work?

The map is refundable if you tell me it was not worth it. Builds are quoted individually and you approve each one, so you are never committed to a program you cannot stop. What I will not promise you is a number — anybody guaranteeing you a lead volume before looking at your business is guessing or lying.
